I have so much inspiration but i dont know what to do with it.
How to write a song? Do i first make a song(melody) and than think about what the music feels like to write lyrics to it
OR
Do i write lyrics and adjust the music to it?
I tried doing it parallel and it didnt work at all because i get blockade at every song i try having only half or 1/4 songs.

post some of your lryics, let us be the judge
There's no right or wrong way anon!
Write the music then the words
Write the words then the music, then change the words
Write the words, cut them up and rearrange them, do whatever works!
Pick two chords and write words to those, just start AND finish things, you'll begin to uncover intuition

They were good first than i realized they are shit and would rather not post them. First one was about something like porns being like drugs and i need them like injections and stuff like that. Kinda stupid but i liked the idea of it, it was just really bad executed.

Well i tried much but it doesnt work because no matter what i do i get that blockade that doesnt go away. What do against it.
Also i could probably do other lyrics to a song i really like but it feels really wrong to do that. I want to have own crafted music i can apply lyrics to. God damn how to other people do that.
I'll tell you something my friend keeps telling me when I feel shitty about writing stuff:
"You gotta write Pablo Honey before you can write OK Computer"

Well i laughed but i cant even write pablo honey.

That's not the point, it means that you have to keep on going even if all you're making is garbage. Eventually you'll make something that's not garbage

Well i guess there are no real advices on writing a song except trying to do something.
yo I'm in the same boat amigo. I have no idea how to write songs and just have scraps of lyrics unfinished. I have a whole bandcamp with electronic shit but I can't into songs

THIS
There is no right or wrong way. You have to find the way for YOU.
Don't hate, but the most eye opening piece of insight was on the deluxe version of 1989 when Taylor Swift revealed her 3 main ways of writing were: 1 - other people would have music and she'd put words over it then have it produced for her. 2 - She'd write music then words. 3 - She'd start off with a shitty song she wrote in "parallel" and re-hash it for a year or two until she liked it.
