Hating an album is kinda stupid. Dislike would be a better word. People dislike this album because its not very good.

It's incoherent mess sometimes, almost no 2D vocals (on song Apprentice there is no 2D at all, except for 'oooooh' on the background, what the fuck), guest artists sometimes do whatever they want ruining songs completely. There is spotlights like Busted and Blue, She's My Collar when the band sounds like actual Gorillaz, but the album is so long and highlight are few.

The guest artists have way too much freedom on some songs. There are a few great ones sure but most of the songs fall flat and feel like a chore to listen to. Needed more 2D

I liked The Apprentice, but that was only on the deluxe edition
