Moon Rock sounds pretty minimal, but I think it proves it's point.
Quintessence is more of my type of jam, but I would suggest some more variations, just to shake things up, keep things interesting, that's my take on it.
Also, try using different drum sounds, that would probably spark some interesting ideas, works for me at least.

I don't listen much to hip hop but I can definitely dig this. Some fluctuating/pumping volumes going on, intentional or not, it really adds to the spacey atmosphere. Would probably raise that vocal fader a bit though. Nice song!
