I have one of these I got off a tv ad back in early 90s. Mine says “perepelochka” in Cyrillic script.
It came with little trapezoidal music sheets you lay under the strings
If anyone has a tuning chart, please post here for my convenience as it’s been returned for decades

found one built in the 70's in east germany once. It's can be a pain in the ass to find the right tuning wrench. A guy who builds string instruments told me that using an almost fitting wrench could damage your instrument.
