What does /mu/ think of Robin Trower?
I wish he'd quit trowing his weight around
Really mediocre dadrock.

Well you call Led Zeppelin "Dadrock" too and I find it diminishing. 70's are just around the corner, it took billions of years to evolve and create life (organisms) thanks by the way to the thunder in the water which brings the necessary amino-acid.
60 years is nothing not even 2000 and the cycle repeats itself so we have another glimpse of joy.
Don't make me angry with your mediocre talk, cheap talk, you need to find yourself first and then your talent so you can prove to the men you're strong to tell.
Is it my cigar? You bump two to tell.
So Jesus is pretty new and so Led Zeppelin is even more closest to our last 27 club, the last prophets and the Captain Johnson won't let me be misunderstood, trust me, 2000 years are nothing.
Storm, earth and fire, heed my call!

Caravan To Midnight [Chrysalis, 1978]
Over the years, somewhat disappointing album sales have convinced Trower that people may be catching onto his Hendrix stylings. Sensing a need to change direction, he pushes the vocals of singer/second banana James Dewar up front so you can actually understand them. Ugghh. C-
Everything Rocks and Nothing Ever Dies [1990s]
I listened to For Earth Below and there wasn't a single remotely memorable lick in the whole thing.
Elevator music.

Bridge of Sighs is a decent blues rock album. He's got a nice fat tone. Haven't listened to anything else.
Good guitar player.
Knows his way around a fret board.
Hope to see him before he passes away.
