Hmmm. Substance is a phenomenal compilation album because New Order's singles were exceptional and there were many gem b-sides. But it's not a 'greatest hits compilation' per se. It's missing, for example, Age of Consent. Plus a lot of material from their albums is essential. Eh, but Substance is perhaps their best. Idk.
