The best? That's a matter of opinion.
However, it's a great sophomore effort.

That being said, the title track, as presented on No Sleep til Hammersmith fucking smokes!

1916 was one of those albums like The Razor's Edge that came out at the start of the 90s and was basically the last hurrah of old 70s veterans before the grunge era began. GNR had sort of made hard rock sellable again while the rock scene in 1986 had really slackened into Bon Jovi shit.

Home Sweet Home is unironically one of my favorite songs ever. One of the few power ballad black sheep hits done right.

Live Wire is a good mock Motorhead track, other than that...

Motley Crue always had great album production while many Motorhead and Metallica records sounded like they were recorded on a portable cassette recorder.
