I only listen to albums in one sitting, if I don't have time for the album, I don't bother. Disintegration Loops was a struggle but well worth it

Obviously I don't just sit there staring at the walls in my room. I shitpost on /mu/ as well. However if I feel like an album isn't clicking but it should (see STFTB or LYSF) I lay on my bed in the dark.
