I honestly agree, at least the best hard rock album of the 90s. There's a lot of extreme music but nothing comes close to Kurt's vocals on scentless apprentice or milk it. It also takes a legitimate genius to make an album with multiple songs that sound iconic (serve the servants, heart shaped box, all apologies). This is my favorite rock album since high school and I don't expect that to change.
