For me it's a tie between Wish You Were Here and The Wall.
Wish You Were Here for its musicality and how effective emotionally it is.
The Wall for how determined and how well made the concept of the album is, it can seem whiney to some and I am totally okay with some people thinking that, but to me The Wall's meaning goes much deeper, I do admit that some songs end up sounding simple.
