So, what genre is this? RYM says Art Pop, Wikipedia pages list a different genre in each language, most of them and most reviews list it as Alt-Rock...
I originally thought that this is mostly Alternative (Rock, Hip-Hop and Pop) and that S/T was more Art Pop, but I don't know anymore. The essential Alt-Rock /mu/ chart even has S/T on it.

Hip-Hop, Alt-Rock, Electronic.

I call it: cartoons of Jamie Hewlitt used to hide the massive cringe factor of Damon Alburn.
First Blur song I heard was "There's No Other Way" - limp-wristed, off-key, atonal whining, thought it couldn't get worse. Then they made that song about a Beetle's Bum, with a free razorblade in every CD.
I can't stand that cunt.

It can't really be assigned to a de facto genre since the song styles are so eclectic.
Trip-hop/downtempo. It's about as eclectic as anything Cibo Matto did.
