I'd say it's probably 60/40 FLAC/320.

Used to be a lot bigger, around 200GB I think and that was mostly 320 and a lot less FLAC, but I basically decided that having a collection that big was pointless. I was pretty much downloading anything I had passing interest in, and only actually listening to a core 20% of it. So now I only bother downloading (and then subsequently buying a physical copy of) stuff I'm actually going to listen to.
