I was unable to listen to brutal music because my ears weren't trained for it. After starting off with melodeath and working my way up to the harder stuff, this album finally "clicked" with me after trying quite a few times. Holy fuck these riffs are infectious. My ears are finally opened.

It's one of the best albums ever made.
Isn't if fucking hilarious how, yes, the riffs are somehow infectious and the vocals make sense?
My bandmate (drummer) listens to almost no metal and he was converted to cryptopsy after track 2. Still listens to almost no metal.
