Revolver refers to vinyl records, which literally just revolve in the record player. It's literally saying "this is an album".

This one's a bit more obtuse. The Beatles (and many other bands of that time) were accused of having a "plastic soul", being seen as just manufactured products. Then they did a pun with rubber sole, which is basically a sole for shoes made out of rubber, like most running shoes. It's why Rubber Soul's name kinda looks like a shoe.
