I've known about shoe gaze for a while, but didn't really think much of it until I stumbled across this album. I wouldn't know where to start with the genre.

They're not really shoegaze outside of "Into The Deep TIme", and OP will be disappointed if they're expecting other shoegaze bands to sound like them.

Pic related is the closest thing to C&C. Their previous album, Hidden Lands, was based off Pet Sounds. Their early stuff is a bit like Sweet Trip's Velocity: Design: Comfort.
