A regular person can improvise a 3/10 verse. An established rapper can hit 5 or 6. The best writers aren't always the best freestylers and since most of rap is prewritten, anything 7/10 and up is enough to be impressive. Try improvising a verse bar by bar and see how hard it is. Even Jay's worst cars are better than what anyone here could EVER prewrite.
