This is kinda in the same vein I guess
Vanity Fair by Mr. Bungle
Paul Steel - April & I. Just listened to this recently and felt big a Jellyfish vibe.

Would love to hear more recs though, I don't know anything else quite like Jellyfish.

This is really good, but the way he says "April" is irritating as fuck.

Try out some Elvis Costello, namely This Year's Model and Armed Forces. Not exactly the same sound, but carries that power pop attitude.

You're My Lover Now by the Teeth also scratches the itch a bit. A lot like Spilt Milk it's all over the place and has a ton of different sounds.

This one's a bit of a stretch, but Katzenjammer's Le Pop might be an album to check out if you're really hungry for that instrumental variety that Spilt Milk has.

Really though, just look into power pop. Stuff like Ben Folds, as already mentioned, is a good jumping off point. Jellyfish also reminds me a lot of Queen, so if you haven't really given their deep cuts a chance, go for it. None of these are dead-on sound-alike recs, but I love the shit outta Spilt Milk and enjoy them, so maybe you will too.

I like Ben Folds. It didn't strike me upon listening but I see what you mean
