I've never believed for a second that the My Chemical Romance story was over. I am 100% certain they will be back some day. When they reform I'll just say "of course they have."

m8, do you know that tbs never went away? they kept on carrying on. about 2 years ago they did a tour with the used which may be a bit of a nostalgia grab, but the last 2 have been really different. 2nd to last one sounds much more mature and insanely depressing, last one sounds like a budget against me.
