I always thought he was a hack and the only thing that is good about the music was the producer's beats. as long as he's paying the artist, good on him.

you cant call Drake a hack cause hes not supposed to be a producer or composer idiot, hes a rapper and singer and he pretty much dominated the rap game in the last 5 years, hes a best-seller type artist.

true, I can't fault how well he's doing and how much of a cultural figure he is now, but i just don't see it, I get pretty bored with a lot of his older stuff, but his newest singles were pretty catchy and I caught myself humming along to the melodies, but I never listened to the entire album.

Drake is not that great artist at all, but he isn't worst either. He had some good songs, but most of his songs are just boring. But I like how he combines rapping and singing.
