I've read that the album art is actually is basically a frame from the To Here Knows When music video. Likely had some editing done after as well to get the pink look. I'm almost certain this is true.

I'm not sure exactly where the album art came from in the video, I just skipped through it and found a part that looked similar (just after 0:59). Once, when I had time to kill, I made a loop of that part of the video and edited it to have a pink color similar to the cover, and it looked quite similar to it, but in video form. The album cover has the Jazzmaster with a Jaguar faintly in the background, as do parts of the music video.
