Scanning through this album, most of that isn't dubstep. I hear breakbeat, some liquid funk, and ambient.

To that end skrillex doesn't even make 100% brostep. Kill EVERYBODY is complextro, and Bangarang is 110bpm glitch hop, for example.

Brostep is basically dubstep, but louder and much more power put into the bass. Guys like snails, zomboy, getter, and datsik do this.


Dubstep is focused more on the softer side, but has a good emphasis on early garage. Guys like coffi, tsuruda, moody good, and truth do this.
