Go listen to Akron/Family & Angels of Light - s/t.
It's the finest freak folk your ears will ever listen to.
Then listen to Akron/Family's other material s/t and meek warrior are the most pure folky albums, Love is simple and Set'em wild set em' free are a mix of that and psych rock but still same tremendous quality
s/t II and especially sub verses are more electronic/ psych pop but I still enjoy them because I love the band, one of the best most consistent discographies in existence.
