is this a meme? i'm an oldfag, who listened to unwound in the late 90s, and i hate this album.

justin's lyrics are fucking awful, and his "treated" singing voice also blows, he is so flat and off key. he actually sounds less professional here than on any of his early albums. plus i will always love sara's drums, but the reverb of the room she is playing in also blows.

I don't get Unwound either. I've tried multiple times to get into them over the years and it still hasn't clicked

who pimped out this album so that it gained a following? it sold like shit when it came out, that's why they broke up. was it the melon? is has to be the melon.
