I know Sufjan deals with drugs, sex, and violence in his music too, but he does it with delicacy, eloquence, and poignancy.
As opposed to "I THINK I JUST FELL IN LOVE WITH A PORN STAR".
I love Hell of a Life too, but it makes you wonder why there's so much degeneracy in music.
