Is it possible people here have forgotten how good ITAOTS actually is? I mean it's been posted here in some way or form consistently for years and it's THE album most have heard here probably.
I relistened to it for the first time in years a few months back and it's a bonafide masterpiece for me. So despite how good The Glow Pt 2 is it's gotta be Aeroplane. It's just too good from start to finish, memes aside.

The glow pt.2 hits me hard in the feels

i never got why the Glow pt 2 is the Microphones record people always reference, Mount Eerie is objectively the better album

everything about it works so well. it's the best parts of Phil's discography up until that point condensed into an album. there is no filler, whereas, like it or not, there's some filler on the Glow pt 2

I think ITAOTS is better than both, but Mount Eerie is far better than The Glow Pt. 2

People need to not for get about It Was Hot. That album is still fucking great. Mount Eerie is still the better album but all 3 are masterpieces.
