I just think American Idiot is a better album. But if you wanna talk about what it's trying to be I read this review of Folie a Deux once that said they album imagines itself in the stadium but you might not have that much fun if you're not fully on board. I never had a problem believing Folie was in the stadium. It is a bit like that with Black Parade for me. I Don't Love You has always been a bit silly to me.
