It's a fairly old album and most of what can be said has already been said. It's one of the more entry level indie rock albums. Built to Spill are cool, but it's like Modest Mouse and Pavement and stuff like that: it's massively influential and stuff you discover early when you traverse into more "obscure" indie music.

It's not like Built to Spill turned to shit after KILAS. Yes, not as good, but not shit. Ancient Melodies and You In Reverse have a lot of great tracks.
