What is the best Leonard Cohen song?

Really tough to pin a single song down as his best. I'm torn between Avalanche and Famous Blue Raincoat

I hate to say it, but I think it's "Suzanne". I like the older, cynical Cohen with the gravelly Russian bard voice and the cheap-sounding synth backing. I understand what he was doing with that phase. But for me the mystic undertone on Suzanne can't be beat. There's something hauntingly eternal about it, like an acid trip or the far-off horizon on a hot day when everything stands still.

Fuck yes
I'm a huge fan of Cohen, but I can't help but think that to some extent, he wasted his gift by becoming obsessed with the theme of erotic love to the point of losing his touch with the broader questions of being, except insofar as he could channel them through that one theme.
