Thoughts on this album?

It was the first Nick cave album I've listened and I did enjoy it. Might have to listen to it again.

Can't believe this wasn't given any attention, listened to it last year and loved it. Nick sings his heart out

Probably the best Bad Seeds album since No More Shall We Part. Absolutely brilliant album

Probably my AOTY. Magneto is one of the best songs I've ever heard.

The most boring thing Nick Cave has ever made. Only overrated to hell and back cuz his son even though he had made most of it before his son died. How does a musician manage to do so little with so much?

Yeah that's probably what I would give the album. Sparse uncreative piece of trash.

It feels like the logical step from Push the Sky Away. I'm huge fan, it's helped me through some tough times.
