i work at the airport and saw a dude walk in with a sub pop records t-shirt. told him i thought it was a great shirt and that it was a pretty great label. he immediately fired back "well if it's so good then name an artist that's signed to them?"
i told him that i quite liked clipping and beach house, he got really quiet, and i helped him with his bags.
please don't be like this guy
Pain Teens. Most of /mu/ has never heard of them. Listen to Born in Blood/Case Histories (I don't think they were released on Sub Pop, though).

they had a 'house sound' in the 90s with grunge now they're just gabbing what they think will make money. pretty normiecore stuff now.
they suck and put out trash like beach house
