TBDM have a huge following, its thanks to them using Slaughter of the Soul inspired melodic riffs combined with slower open note chugging moments alongside Trevor's screechy high pitched screams and dry tunnel throat lows that the blueprint for deathcore was created. Pretty much every shitty melodic deathcore band from the 2000's borrows heavily from The Black Dahlia Murder, As I Lay Dying, and Despised Icon.
