The best parts are when they simply play without vocals

Transylvanian Hunger is complete shit. Boring stripped down music that has neither melody nor atmosphere and sounds more like a hardcore punk band discovered tremolo picking than anything else. Not even worthy of being mentioned in the same breath as the masterfulness of Obscura which is a landmark in atonal death metal.

Definitely the weakest out of the Unholy trilogy, ut not a bad album at all. It's by far the coldest in it and rawest, too, also has a bunch of good riffs and although Culto's vocals are slightly worse than on Under, he's still the man there. Definitely minimalistic and not on par with Obscura, but you can't really compare the two.
Also, Erosion Of Sanity > Obscura.

I own both albums and to me Wildhoney is much better, Draconian Times might have strong melodies but at times it's almost more of a buttrock album than metal.
