Can't get this out of my head. It's used a lot in time period movies about the 60s or 70s, like Scorsese flicks.
The "dododoom" part is three bass notes, and the "tss ahh" part is a voice. It is used as the rhythm section in the beginning of the song, repeating. The "ahh" is drawn a little, like the "ahh" after a sip of beer.
