Is this album overrated in the Battles discography? Have you

Naw I dont think its overrated, Gloss Drop was a great comeback after Tyondai left the band. Its some great grooves on there too.

The vocal guests kind of distract me from the grooves a little, Tyondai's voice worked so well with the weird noise Mirrored had. Would you prefer their next album to be a better La Di Da Di, without guests, or an album with guests again?

Naw, I think La Di Da Di (or whatever it is) is deffo the right direction for the band. I don't really mind the occasional feature, but I think they'd be rehashing ground they've already covered if they did another feature-heavy album. Besides it'll probably be a couple years before another Battles album.
