Great band. Ummagumma and Saucerful are criminally under-appreciated by plebs.

More is even more criminally underrated

Imo people will always have the edgiest opinions about this band because they are one of the easiest bands to attack - they never approached their music with a hint of irony and were always totally straight about whatever contested topic they would rumble with over the course of a track.

Basically they're the most appropriately rated band of all time.

You needn't listen to anything outside the years 1967-1979 maybe the Final Cut AT A PUSH but that's it.

Everything within that time period is enough for any rudimentary music fan to appreciate.
