Solitude Aeturnus (or however you spell it) is solid stuff if you don't mind Rob Lowe's turn in Candlemass. Personally I didn't care for his stuff with them, but I'm a pretty big fan of SA.

Atlantean Kodex is a pretty obvious one and has been suggested. I highly recommend While Heaven Wept, alongside Lyijykomppania.

And 40 Watt Sun's first album along with Warning's "Watching from a Distance" if you haven't heard those ones yet. A lot more somber than Candlemass though.
