This has been extremely out of hand since calling the police has done nothing. Living in the country, everyone tends to know each other, so calling the cops is a get-together for them. My neighbors play music from the day time well into the night that shakes my WHOLE HOUSE. i'm asking is there some DIY device to explode their speakers?

Talking to them will not work. they are 3 nig nogs with a white woman there. I can't go toe to toe since i am not alpha nigg. This is my only option. i've heard of a CB radio and such, but i'm not so keen on that stuff and am confused
