I like the chord progression, and the instrumentation other than the acoustic guitar that drops in and out keeps it interesting despite the fact that it very well could have been a typical boring singer-songwriter affair. The vocals are pretty lifeless. The harmonized (?) horn solo was really nice. The lo-fi recording with the mumble singing that cuts off abruptly felt unneccessary but in the context of the album it probably makes more sense.

Thanks for the review anon. Not going to lie metal isn't my strong suit and I haven't listened to much of it. But I did really enjoy the heavy intro that went abruptly into the acoustic section and quite enjoyed the corny lyrics overall. Sounds very Iron Maiden-esque altogether musically. The triumphant sound of the track overall makes the track for me.
