Usually I listen to Selected Ambient Works 85-92 and by "We Are The Music Makers" I can calm down. Also an album I attempt to write to.

I listen to Japanese Zeuhl like Ruins or Koennjihyakkei; they're so fast-paced and hectic that it kind of takes up a lot of my attention that would otherwise go to worrying about things
