Get a 600-800 dollar Pearl or Yamaha and a pack of baseline Zildjian cymbals. Stay the fuck away from the glorified trash lids that are B8s. Keep this setup for a while, get a teacher or something, git gud. Once you have hands and know how to treat a drumset right, save up your money and buy something prettier.
