Is Bull of Heaven of genius, bad or somewhere in between?

Why do you think they are or aren't good?

To refresh your memory they're the band that have had a release that's over 300,000,000,000,000,000,000 times the age of the universe and releases that are listed as negative 6 hours.

What about bands like Muslimgauze that have tons of releases but make the majority of them listenable? To be fair Bull of Heaven has several releases that are normal for the genres they work in.
