Starfuckers is really out of place on the record, musically.

Conceptually, it is about the protagonist in the second half attempting to escape his depression, in Starfuckers he does it by abusing his fame. Imagine it something like the "Big Man With A Gun" of The Fragile, yet much less violent, but the false ego's there.
