What do people reckon the bleep scene will look like in 2018?
Seems to me the progression of what mainstream ish UK DJs have been playing in recent years is something like
Dubstep 2008-2010
House/Post Dubstep 2011-2013
Techno/Tech house 2014-Present
Footwork 2015-Present
Trance/Electro/Warped Dancehally stuff 2016-17
Things have evidently diversified a lot, but are there many genres left to revive/new ones to latch on to? Feel like fairly soon the big wave of popularity for dance music will fade as it runs out of genres to revive from the 80s and 90s and no longer seems cutting edge/cool to the latest hipsters

Oh fuck, that sounds horrible. I can only imagine just how overproduced it would sound.
