All of those 90's genres did not gain any kind of following or recognition as genres until the early 2000's so you can fuck off with that. Witchhouse and vaporwave are memes but still genres. Jazzstep and post-house are micro genres, you can choose to accept them or not I guess

It's hard to say seeing as a lot of experimental music will be categorized under per-existing genres. Usually takes a few years of criticism before new genres, rather than stylistic trends, get identified by scholars.

For example, while post-punk was a sort of buzz word back in the day, it didn't establish itself as a genre until Simon Reynolds wrote Rip It Up and Start Again in 2005.
