I'll start
>post-hardcore
>garage rock
>new wave (shitty umbrella term that serves no purpose)
>slowcore
>baroque pop/chamber pop
>speed metal
>electropop
>djent
>college rock
>glam rock/metal
>protopunk
>grunge
>sunshine pop
>unblack metal
>nu metal
>lo-fi hiphop
I know actual lo-fi hiphop exists, but any time I hear a song that describes itself as lo-fi hiphop, it's just boring, slow, electronic music
>grunge
>garage rock
>speed metal
wanna explain why?

i agree with most of those, but what do you mean by baroque pop and chamber pop?
chamber pop is an iffy term because it literally means baroque pop but made in more recent times and i agree it should go but baroque pop is a very real and unique thing.
