Not really, I don't see it as a "Le Kiedis Trademark". Now, is it goofy? Indeed, very stupid video actually, but let's be real, it was the beginning of the 90s, a lot of bands had that goofy sort of approach, Kiedis did not invent that.

RHCP is one of my fav bands, and I hate saying that but Flea is a god on bass and john fruisciante is my fav guitar player of the last 30 years, not to mention how good chad is on drums. Anthony kiedis is so fucking annoying though, some of his lyrics are okay but mostly its just dumb shit about growing up and living in LA. I haven't enjoyed anything since stadium arcadium and even that was mostly filler.
