it depends on what you like, Minor Threat is some really good hardcore punk but if you're an alt rock/indie guy Fugazi is pretty much entirely different.

Honestly skip both. Overrated punk band and an extremely overrated indie pop band.

Minor Threat was a really good, tight band. Fugazi was a GOAT band. The basic Minor Threat formula would actually be improved upon by groups like Youth of Today. There isn't really a way to improve upon Fugazi, and Red Medicine is one of the greatest punk albums ever made.
