I just realized how anti-social I've started to become recently, and I'm starting to feel like a burden to my mates and even my girlfriend. I keep flaking on social outings, I'm not working out as often, I don't go outside nearly as much as I used to (granted, it's always fucking 100+ degrees). I'm not even motivated enough to keep up making my own music.
I've become pathetic. Give me your favorite pathetic album.

Are we wallowing in our depression or trying to pull out of it?

The Sugarcubes have always been my go to destroy depression music.
if you're a teenager then it's fine, just jerk off three times a day and listen to some music
if you're an adult get a grip and go outside man
just posted in that 90s thread but it applies here too
it'll take you down to the depths of your depression and then lift you out again
