Interesting. AA was a MASSIVE improvement, IMO...she finally made songs *pop* and be super catchy.

The first 3 (first 2, especially) are cool in that they were her trying to teach herself, just alone with a laptop. She's even said the first 2 weren't planned on being released, they were just her scraps on her laptop. I think it's so cool to hear the progression of her learning

If you unironically listen to top 40 pop music as a hobby, you should kill yourself. Its okay to enjoy the occasional album or song, but if you actually invest yourself into it like a preteen girl, that is honestly pathetic. Pop music is predicated on branding and image, not music. The music exists solely to serve the brand. Its existence is solely judged on its ability to appeal to those with undeveloped ears(children and those who don't listen to music for anything but light enjoyment. Still better than rap though.
