Setting lyrics aside, PEEP is amazing in his sad delivery and acoustic instrumentals. Sure, the actual words in the song are about a sad boi drug addict hoe life style, but he's got some gems in the bunch.

Skrillex was pretty revolutionary when it came to dubstep and why he got so popular in an already rising genre.

If you like PEEP and Suicide Boys, check out GHOSTEMANE, Omenxiii, and Wavey Jones. They're all pretty different from one another but still fits the overall mood.

Skrillex is a skillful musician that stayed relevant for more than a decade, pandering towards three different genres quiet succesfully (emo, dubstep, tropical house). Even though I dislike him as a musican (that track he produced for Bieber was a fun pop song though), that's respectable.
Lil Peep is a one trick pony and a joke, his shtick will age like milk.
